The YEM Project aims to make the Yealm river and its catchment more resilient to future changes in the climate by restoring and re-connecting this beautiful and precious wildlife habitat. We have a network of community groups along the catchment who are invested in their local environment but for the Project to make progress we will need the help of volunteers – and many hands makes light work!
Volunteering may take the many forms: -
Or, you can help by simply making a donation towards funding the equipment and expert advice the project needs. If you would like to make a donation straight to our bank account, the details are as follows: A/C Name: YEM, Sort Code: 30-98-97, A/C No.: 86061262
Either way you can be part of the future in ensuring
the resilience of our local river and surrounding wildlife habitats.
